Our client in the climate technology space is looking to bring on an experienced HR professional to establish the foundations of their HR department and foster a strong company culture.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting efforts and scalability, ensure business compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Partner with leadership to support headcount planning, HR policy, and company culture.
- Administer and execute HR programs such as compensation, benefits, disciplinary matters, performance and talent management, training and development, etc.
- Support team with payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and other admin tasks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in human resources
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Ability to balance long-term building and strategy plans with lower-level administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Low ego, self-starter, and can embrace ambiguity in changing environment
- High degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
