You'll collaborate with plant leaders to craft strategies that inspire productivity, support employee development, and foster a culture of safety, diversity, and inclusion.Here's what you'll get to do:
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Align HR strategies with plant goals to support our mission in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
  • Shape the Future: Track and analyze HR data to uncover trends, solve problems, and build actionable plans that create lasting improvement.
  • Lead with Purpose: Develop and implement programs to empower our supervisors to lead and inspire their teams confidently.
  • Foster Growth: Drive our talent management efforts by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles and focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Drive Change: Be at the forefront of exciting transformation initiatives, including Lean processes, focusing on positive, lasting change.
  • Build an Engaging Workplace: Create a thriving environment where employees feel valued, heard, and motivated to perform at their best.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience that Counts: A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Change Leader: You've led high-level transformation or organizational change initiatives.
  • Certifications: SHRM or HRCI certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies is a plus.
