Enscicon is conducting a search on behalf of our client, in search of a Human Resources Manager to join a fast-paced franchisor.
The ideal candidate will meet the following description:
Human Resources experience with franchise experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
Hold at minimum a PHR certification or equivalent (Preferred, not required)
Recent sales experience strongly preferred (banquet/catering sales is a plus)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient with computers, modern systems, and social media
Self-motivated, driven, and competitive
Strong relationship and social skills, able to adapt easily with a diverse clientele
Must be able to accept feedback and constructive criticism and handle rejection
Must have high energy and true passion for the hospitality industry
Highly organized

Essential job functions:
Proficient in typing (60 WPM strongly preferred) and strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to multi-task, schedule, and track interviewees across multiple locations for a variety of different jobs
Proficient with onboarding and new-hire process and paperwork: I-9 paperwork, W-4, background checks, job applications
Strong ability to interview candidates and pay close attention to detail; must be able to match potential candidates to the appropriate job and or jobsHire, train, and instruct staff on performing multiple restaurant jobs, including but not limited to: customer service representatives, baristas, shift managers, managers, general managers, bakers, assistant production managers, and production managers as well as hire corporate level staff, such as: administrators/receptionists, project managers, accountants, controllers, human resources managers, etc.
This position is primarily remote work with occasional travel to restaurant locations in the Rocky Mountain Region.
