- Oversee all HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, onboarding and training.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, hire, and onboard top talent
- Drive new hire orientation and other employee training programs
- Evaluate and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment laws
- Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues professionally
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business goals, providing insights on workforce planning and talent management.
- Conduct performance reviews and drive succession planning strategies
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM or other HR certifications highly preferred
- Bilingual - able to read, write, and speak fluently in both English and Spanish
- 5+ years of proven experience in a HR leadership role within a manufacturing setting
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
