CONTEXT: Our client is seeking a strategic and Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join their team. This role is crucial in helping them to build a cohesive and vibrant culture across their regional teams, which have recently come together. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in fostering organizational culture, managing change, and driving HR initiatives that align with their company's goals and values.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen organizational culture, foster unity, and build a cohesive work environment across three geographically dispersed teams. Drive initiatives that promote engagement, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives. Lead efforts in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement to support the company's growth and integration goals.
- Manage the integration of diverse teams, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any challenges that arise. Facilitate open communication and support employees through periods of change.
- Design and execute programs and activities that enhance teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect among employees across different regions. Implement practices that celebrate successes and recognize contributions.
- Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures. Oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations across all regions.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. Ensure effective talent acquisition strategies and career development programs are in place.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing and resolving employee relations issues. Promote a positive work environment and handle conflicts with sensitivity and fairness.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Use data to drive continuous improvement and report on HR-related outcomes to senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- History of progressive HR experience, including a track record in leading HR functions and managing teams in a multi-regional or multi-site environment. Experience in organizational culture development and change management is essential.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive work culture. Demonstrated ability to navigate and integrate diverse teams. High level of integrity, empathy, and commitment to employee well-being.
