You would have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities in a 2-person HR department, working closely with the CFO and an HR assistant. With a focus on payroll, risk mitigation, and state laws compliance, you will play a crucial role in supporting a Real Estate company with 300+ employees. About the Role
Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient and effective operations. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and company policies. Analyze HR metrics and trends to make data-driven decisions and recommendations. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational development and culture initiatives.
