The Manager of Human Resources reports to the Director of Human Resources and partners on implementing the business strategies and projects under the supervision of the Human Resources Director.
What you will do:
- Collaborates with executive leadership to define long-term vision, strategy, and goals
- Oversee the execution of the HR strategy by translating strategy into operational goals and objectives.
- Identifies key performance indicators to assess the organization's success and market competitiveness.
- Research develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive and recognition programs.
- Develops Talent Management initiatives to source, recruit, and retain top talent
- Oversee the resolution of complex employee relations challenges with creative and strategic solutions.
- Provides guidance and leadership to the organization to assist with the resolution of employee relations, compensation, and benefits questions.
- Oversee compliance with benefits, wage and hour, policies, and applies other laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Drafts, implements, and maintains HR department budgets.
- Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management
- Fosters a culture that inspires commitment to the company Mission and Core values
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of human resource experience, with a preference of a minimum of two years of management experience.
- Manufacturing or Distribution Industries highly preferred.
- Significant experience with non-exempt roles
- Prior hands-on payroll experience during early or current career highly preferred
- Experience with growing businesses
- Strong preference with Spanish speaking but not required.
- Team player that will build strong relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Proficient in using HR systems, including payroll & benefits, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.
- Innovation to inspire new ideas, concepts, and strategies. Ability to handle and manage multiple projects.
- The ability to go the extra mile with an ambitious drive and understanding that great things take time, energy, and persistent hard and smart work.
- The ability to travel between 10% to 12%. This role will require limited travel to Ohio and Texas and additional states as the company expands.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 Base per year + Annual Discretionary Bonus Pay
Our compensation range is based dependent on your education and experience level.
Supplemental pay types:
- Discretionary Bonus Pay based on company performance
