  • Developed and executed recruitment strategies, including direct sourcing and partnerships with staffing agencies to improve retention and candidate flow.
  • Standardized and optimized onboarding processes, creating uniform training schedules and onboarding plans.
  • Served as the primary contact for workplace issues, fostering a positive work environment and improving employee-manager communication.
  • Supported talent development by identifying growth opportunities and assisting leadership with performance reviews and development plans.
  • Implemented HR policies compliant with federal and state regulations, while enhancing company culture by organizing team-building activities and events.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Over 5 years of Human Resources experience, including employee relations and retention strategy implementation.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and lead large-scale organizational change across all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with experience managing change in ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior with a commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with preferred experience in manufacturing, bilingual (Spanish), and familiarity with ADP systems.
