THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Over 5 years of Human Resources experience, including employee relations and retention strategy implementation.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and lead large-scale organizational change across all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with experience managing change in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior with a commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with preferred experience in manufacturing, bilingual (Spanish), and familiarity with ADP systems.
