We are looking for a plant level HR Manager to lead a 200 person, non-union manufacturing site. There is opportunity for the correct person to take on responsibility of a second site regionally located also.
This individual needs to have a proven history of being client focused, driving strategic talent development, creating branding and recruiting strategies and experienced with change management and employee retention plans.
