Title – Human Resources Manager
Hours: 8 - 5 - onsite
Pay: $90K
Location: Austin, TX
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the human resource space.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Support: Provide daily assistance on HR and organizational matters, addressing employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Talent Acquisition Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring, while collaborating with management to identify required skills and competencies.
- Performance Management Guidance: Offer coaching and counseling to management on performance-related issues, fostering positive work relationships and enhancing employee morale and retention.
- Employee Orientation Coordination: Conduct orientation programs for new hires, manage Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) in HRIS, and handle necessary HR correspondence.
- Safety Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce safety policies in line with OSHA regulations, conducting safety evaluations and training sessions to maintain a safe work environment.
- Workers' Compensation Oversight: Manage the Workers' Compensation program, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and maintaining accurate records and reports.
