Serves as the Human Resources Manager. Responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources functions, including but not limited to interviews of applicants, making hiring recommendations, payroll, and ensuring the application and interpretation of policies, procedures, and regulations regarding employment. Advises administrative, managerial, and supervisory staff accordingly. Works with supervisors and Nurse Educator to ensure all staff have required training and orientation. Responsible for preparation of personnel reports. Develops and maintains personnel files. Schedules drug and alcohol testing and background checks for all onboarding staff. Participates in managerial quality and safety meetings. Performs related duties as required.Applicant selected for employment must successfully complete a criminal background check and a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug testing for probable cause as set forth in agency and bureau policies.
