Work overview:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources specialist to support human resources operations in the Texas region. The position will work closely with departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures and to provide excellent service to employees.

Main responsibilities:

1- Recruitment and Selection: Responsible for the recruitment activities in the Texas area (including blue labor workers in the plant), including Posting positions, screening resumes, organizing interviews and assisting with the onboarding process of new employees.Employee relations: Maintain positive employee relations, resolve conflicts and problems at work, and ensure a good working environment.

2- It involves the handling and process formulation of employee entry and departure proceduresPerformance Management: Assist in the implementation of the performance evaluation process, provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to improve employee performance.

3- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Training and Development: Assist in the design and implementation of employee training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

4- Policy enforcement: Ensure that all HR policies and procedures comply with state and federal laws, as well as company standards, and also cover plant regulations and safety hazardsJob Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.Work experience
  • At least 5 HR related work experience, working experience in Texas is preferred.Professional ability: Familiar with the six modules of human resource management, including human resource planning, recruitment and allocation, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits management and labor relations management.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to communicate effectively with employees and management at all levels.
  • Legal knowledge: Understand and comply with Texas and federal labor laws?Includeds factory safety, labor law...etc)
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Human Resource information systems (HRIS) and other office software.
