Human Resource Manager Responsibilities:
- As a human resources manager, you will direct the human resource and payroll activities within your nursing home.
- You will provide supervision and implementation for your nursing home's orientation for new employees.
- You will foster positive and open communication with your team members.
- You will maintain workers compensation files.
- You will oversee the recruiting and onboarding process.
- You will manage workman's compensation cases.
Requirements:
Human Resource Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in skilled nursing.
- Proficiency with or the ability to learn our company's HRIS.
- Knowledge and familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations.
- Excellent prioritization and delegation skills.
