What you'll do as a Human Resources Manager Implement performance management process to align individual performance with business needs Assist in review of employee compensation Lead investigation of employee concerns Ensure subsidiary's compliance with all local, state and federal employment and labor requirements Provide advice, and direction on ADA, FMLA, Worker's Compensation, and employee- relations issues - consulting and coordinating with corporate human resources In partnership with leadership, identify employee training needs Work with leadership to ensure any policy/procedural changes are discussed prior to implementation and to communicate policy changes to the organization at large Responsible for managing employee information in company HRIS and I-9 compliance Lead Subcontractor Compliance and Onboarding process Finalize employee time records in preparation for Payroll processing What you'll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field or equivalent experience Minimum 8-10 years HR experience related to compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management Experience in HR practices and systems (HRIS) Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Must be a team player with exceptional customer service skills and works with a sense of urgency Ability to maintain confidentiality, and conduct oneself in a professional manner Strong organization skills Thorough knowledge of current trends and issues in Human Resources Management Why work with us Your career here is more than just a job - it's your pathway to opportunity.
