Essential Functions:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Conduct workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct investigations related to employee grievances and complaints.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management system. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance appraisals and improvement plans.
  • Leadership and Development: Identify training needs and oversee the development and implementation of training programs. Mentor and develop the HR team members.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage compensation and manage benefits programs.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and monitor HR metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Prepare reports for senior management on HR activities and outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR department budget effectively.
