Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager will provide strategic human resource leadership to site. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on and will work closely with the plant manager to drive culture and grow this world class, non-union manufacturing operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. SHRM certifications a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and state/ federal employment laws
• Ability to align people, processes, and practices with business objectives
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities
• Strong record of driving organizational change, delivering results, and high performance
