We are representing a Fortune 500 manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager due to a recently announced promotion. The Senior Human Resources Manager will report to the VP/General Manager who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Candidate will report to the General Manager and have a strong dotted line relationship with NA Director of Human Resources.
- The Senior Human Resources Manager will have complete ownership over the Human Resources function of a campus 400+ employee non-union campus.
- Position entails providing practical, consistent, and pro-active support, direction and advice to plant management, supervisors and employees on complex Human Resource, Employee Relations, and regulatory issues.
- This position directs local activities in support of company initiatives to include employee engagement, succession planning; training; employee development; production system management; and other company initiatives.
- Candidate will work closely with Senior leadership to define departmental budgets, operational KPI's & deliverables, in addition to overall plant strategy
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree is required for consideration. Advanced degree and/or certifications are considered a plus
- Candidate should have at least 5 years of Plant level HR Leadership experience
- Candidate should have strong Operational pedigree, with ability to act as business partner with General Manager
- Strong generalist background
