The right candidate for this position will have the following:
- 5+ years of general HR experience from a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience with implementing new hire orientations and employee recognition programs.
- Experience with Employee Relations
- Benefits Administration experience
- Performance Management and Development experience
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field
- Law Firm experience preferred
