- Partner with the manufacturing management team and HR leadership to define the human resources goals along with tactical management planning for the facilities.
- Act as an advisor on human resources issues to the site management team and all levels of employees throughout the site. Establish credibility throughout the organization to be an effective problem solver and strong collaborator.
- Lead all employee relations activities including, but not limited to, investigations, discipline, retention activities, stay interviews, and employee events.
- Partner with HR leaders in the functional areas of recruiting, talent development, compensation, and benefits to ensure that both employee needs and company goals are being met.
- Able to lead best-in-class recruiting and onboarding processes for local workforce.
- Coordination with local educational resources to implement and execute necessary training and development programs.
- Develop HR generalist team to become business partners with their established groups at the facilities.
- Collaborate with other site HR managers and HR leadership to provide input on policy changes and updates. Ensure that policies and practices are up-to-date and driving the desired behaviors and results.
- Ensure legal compliance by having well-defined and applied practices and processes that are also easily maintainable.

A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred. Certification through HRCI or SHRM is also preferred. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply.
