We are seeking a strategic and dynamic professional to lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives that drive our client's ability to recruit, develop, support, and retain top talent. This role is essential in shaping and implementing innovative human capital strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Human Capital Strategy: Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent management strategies, workforce planning, and forecasting talent needs to align with organizational objectives.
- Succession Planning: Design and implement plans to identify and develop future leaders at all levels.
- Learning & Development: Oversee training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Organizational Design: Facilitate strategic redesign efforts to ensure the structure and processes effectively support business goals.
- Retention Strategies: Create and implement tools and initiatives aimed at retaining top talent and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Employee Engagement: Lead programs that enhance employee experience, organizational development, and workplace culture.
- Consultative Leadership Support: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters, policies, and compliance.
Talent Aquistion:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and facilitate a seamless interview process.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, maintain the applicant tracking system, and manage candidate communications.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs, while assisting in the development of interview questions and assessment tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to take a consultative approach and serve as a collaborative partner to leadership teams.
- Experience in designing and delivering impactful training and engagement programs.
- Strong understanding of organizational development, retention tools, and workforce planning.
Requirements:
- BS/BA, Advanced degree is preferred (PHR)
- 7+ years of HR generalist and talent acquisition experience
- Ability to apply organizational design theory
- Understanding of change management approaches
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Professional, self-motivated, and the ability to prioritize needs as the business dictates.
- Team player, hands-on, collaborative partner with skilled communication skills
