Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Decatur, GA at Paws, Whiskers and Wags. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training skills
• Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Experience in the pet industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
