Job Description:

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, specifically for healthcare professionals, which includes job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and arranging job offers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions for the purpose of creating a pool of prospective job applicants.
  • Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives that uphold the organization's objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with home healthcare regulations and requirements throughout recruitment
  • Develop and oversee strategies for performance management, succession planning, workforce development, and employee engagement.
  • Liaise with managers and supervisors to understand role requirements and desired experience.
  • Prepare regular reports for HR metrics, like turnover rates and cost per hire.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
    • Promote the organization's reputation to attract qualified applicants

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
    • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
    • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
    • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
    • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
    • Attention to detail and good judgement
