The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee records management, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment, organizing culture-building events, and streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, conduct orientations, and handle new hire paperwork.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and ensure data integrity.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee inquiries, while recommending improvements.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, prepare required reports, and support audits and reviews.
  • Payroll Support: Collect and verify time sheets, address payroll inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Training & Development: Organize training sessions, track participation, and ensure compliance with training requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Resolve employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage HR communications, coordinate meetings/events, and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of Human Resource experience.
