The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities
- Develops a positive working relationship with team members to promote a progressive culture to facilitate change and reinforce company's values.
- Provides direction, advice, and counsel, in all areas of HR.
- Recommends talent recruitment and management programs for the parent company. Advises and directs the recruitment and talent programs for non-exempt and exempt positions, working closely with site departments and Serves as a member of the team and as a resource to the management team regarding human resources & safety related topics and issues.
- Recommends, develops, implements, and manages HR related plans, practices, policies, and procedures, aligning with operational objectives.
- Assists in HR related plans, practices, policies and procedures of newly acquired subsidiaries as needed.
- Analyzes and oversees incident and accident investigations to identify trends to prevent future occurrences.
- Assists in the development of training programs for all levels of plant personnel striving for a safer, more efficient, engaged, and productive plant.
Experience Requirements
- Experience with Hourly employees and Workplace Safety are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience in developing and managing training programs to promote workplace health and safety.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook) required.
- Results driven, process oriented, and project management mindset required.
- Strong customer service, relationship building, problem solving and follow-up skills.
- Proven analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of current trends and issues in Human Resources Management.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management - Master's degree preferred.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
