Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is searching for a qualified Human Resources Manager to join a fast-growing organization in the assisted living sector. This position's focus is primarily on HR systems and compliance. Will have 1-2 direct reports and will be located in the greater Redmond, OR area. No remote option for this role. As a Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of multi-site compliance management. Success in this role is based on the ongoing professional development of your team, creating optimal utilization rates of the workforce, sound management, strong retention rates, and careful compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Robust experience and desire to be focused on HR systems, compliance, payroll, worker's comp required, this is NOT an HR role focused on people/retention.
  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience desired.
  • Ability to covers Sr. Director HR when out of office.
  • Paylocity HRIS experience a plus but not required.
  • Results driven and task-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
