Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at High Life Farms in Chesaning, MI. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources management, recruitment, and training
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Experience working in the cannabis industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
