Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.Job Description:We are looking for our Headquarters based in Amsterdam an HR Manager who will join the HR Department, reporting to the HR Director.Main functions:* Own and manage the relationships with internal stakeholders as employees, Directors and Executive Committee based in Amsterdam.* Be an advisor for Directors and employees, supporting organizational/cultural changes and providing HR guidance.* Serve as a liaison between Madrid and Amsterdam offices, ensuring employees' engagement and involvement in all HR processes and activities.* Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity.* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.* Manage recruitment needs to support the growth of the business. This also includes maintain job descriptions and be updated with new positions within the organization.* Support and develop managers in driving a performance culture facilitating talent assessments and succession planning meetings.* Support the design and delivery of appropriate training and development programs.* Coordinate and organize internal communication regarding HR processes (performance evaluation, learning courses, etc).* Participate in the annual talent review process and calibration meetings and individual development plans management, especially for critical talentRequirements:* Bachelor's degree. Master in Human Resources will be a plus.* Relevant HR experience as an HR Business Partner or CoE leader with a large, global, and matrixed organization. Experience of working across different countries highly desirable.* At least 5 years of experience with a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Fluent English and Spanish.
