Vaco Atlanta is helping one of our clients integrate a recent acquisition from a Human Resources lens. Please apply if you have strong senior-level HR integration experience (related to M&A) or strong employee onboarding experience and are available for project work immediately. Targeted compensation is $60-$75 per hour (negotiable). This is a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Support our client in onboarding approximately 250 new employees to their HRIS platform and explain our client's payroll and benefit-related policies to the new employee population
- Analyze and revise current HR processes for more efficient ways of working
- Manage HRIS data transition from the acquired company (data migration, HRIS set-up, and training)
- Assist change management efforts to support new employee engagement/retention
- Working with 3rd party service providers (e.g., PEO) to support integration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Experience with employee onboarding (related to payroll and benefits) with a plus for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) integration experience
- International new hire onboarding experience a plus
- Agile and creative mindset for problem-solving
- Experience in core HCM systems and enabling technologies
