Exciting Opportunity in Sunny Tampa Bay: Human Resources Partner - Employee and Labor Relations
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 to start DOE

What We're Looking For:
Extensive Experience: 6+ years in employee relations and union environments, with a strong track record in handling grievances, disciplinary investigations, labor-management meetings and conducting supervisory and employee training. Adept at finding solutions aligned with policies, contract language, and legal requirements. Our perfect candidate understands and is proficient at successfully managing relationships between the Union, Management and Employees. This person is a lifelong learner and loves to collaborate and does not shy away from the tough issues.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to interpret policies and collective bargaining agreements, providing clear and concise guidance.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
* Graduation from an accredited four-year degree granting college or university with a major in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Law; AND
* Five years of experience In Employee Relations and Labor Relations, some of which may also include Conflict Resolution, HR Policy Development, Performance Management Training, and Legal Compliance; OR
* An equivalent combination of education (not less than possession of a high school diploma/GED), training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted above.
* SPHR, SHRM-SCP or a similarly recognized certification in Human Resource Management is preferable.
