Position SummaryThe Human Resources (HR) Partner will serve as the primary HR contact for the English, Philosophy, and Race, Gender, and Ethnic Studies departments within the College of Liberal Arts. This role includes managing recruitment strategies, employee retention strategies, performance management, onboarding, and HR change processing.
