Are you a dynamic Human Resource Generalist with a working knowledge of payroll, benefits and recruiting....Are you looking to join an organization that is growing and sees the importance of Human Resource function as a means to drive that growth?Do you like thinking outside-the-box to find solutions?This is an IN-HOUSE position located in Ronkonkoma, NYThe ideal Human Resource Generalist will have the capability to:
  • Work with the Vice President of Human Resources to establish routines that produce results in:
    • Payroll administration
    • Benefits enrollment
    • Recruitment initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal employment laws, as well as our corporation's policy and procedure.
  • Work with the HR team to create a culture that allows employees to choose their attitude, find ways to play, always stay present, and make someone's day!
  • Source Candidates using our ATS.
  • Work with hiring Managers to ensure that all employees are engaged throughout their time with us, from the application stage to termination.
  • Utilize our time and attendance and payroll system to ensure that all payroll is completed weekly with accuracy.
  • Become a liaison with all employees to help guide them, from onboarding, to benefits, to offboarding.
What Tools will help you be successful:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • The ability to seek out information and learn.
  • Time management and organizational skills, mixed with passion and drive
  • Team player that likes to roll up their sleeves and work to make a difference.

  • Salary is commensurate upon experience, $65,000.00 - $72,500.00 range
