The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms) for a majority of the program related positions within the organization.The salary range for this position is from $50 a hour depending on experience.Schedule:Mon.-Fri 9am-5pmResponsibilities:Develop recruitment strategiesScreen incoming resumes and application formsAdvertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internallyProvide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersParticipate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment eventsCollaborate with managers to identify future hiring needsVisit all locations and meet with managers to develop program-specific recruiting plansDevelop and maintain professional relationships with college and university placement offices,Ensure that all postings are updated and track sources.Identify, source and recruit public assistance recipients in an effort to meet funder quotas.Engage with employment agencies and search firms including negotiating and controlling employment related fees.Provide information on agency services and job opportunities to applicants.Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the recruitment process.QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fieldMA in Human Resources Management, SPHR/PHR certification a plusFive (5) years recruiting experience in health, human services, or non-profit field desirableFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesUnderstanding of referral programsSolid verbal and written communication skillsRelevant experience and ability may be substituted.Bilingual (Spanish) preferredComunilife is an EEO employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
