Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the beauty industry.Work closely with department managers to define job requirements, roles, and responsibilities for open positions.Source candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific events.Conduct initial screening of resumes, perform interviews, and coordinate hiring efforts with managers responsible for making the final selection of candidates.Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.Foster relationships with key industry players, including educational institutions, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates.Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote our company as an employer of choice in the beauty industry.Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment, compliance, and diversity hiring.Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and improve recruiting efficiency.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong preference for experience in the beauty industry or related fields.Excellent understanding of the beauty industry, including current trends, challenges, and key players.Strong networking skills with a proven ability to develop a deep network of contacts in the beauty industry.Experience with various interview formats, including video interviews and group interviews, with the ability to choose the best candidates.Proficiency in using HR software and candidate management systems. Experience with ClearCompany ATS a plus.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members at all levels.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to finding the best talent to support our company's goals.Benefits:
