Job Title: Sr. Diversity Campus Recruiter (HBCU / HIS) / Remote WorkDuration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 36 monthsLocation: Collegeville, PA Note: The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.You may participate in the company group medical insurance plan Job Description:Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager/Director to join our Campus Recruitment team.This position will be responsible for leading our efforts in recruiting top talent from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs).The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of recruiting diverse talent from these institutions.This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.The Senior Manager will also be required to travel to college campuses to engage with students and promote our employer brand. Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent from HBCUs and HSIs, aligned with our diversity and inclusion initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with career services offices, faculty, student organizations, and alumni networks at targeted institutions.Collaborate with internal departments, including HR, Early Career recruitment team, hiring managers, ERG, and diversity and inclusion teams, to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and priorities.Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events, to engage and attract diverse candidates.Conduct presentations and workshops on campus to promote our employer brand, internship programs, and career opportunities.Lead the selection and evaluation process for candidates, ensuring a fair and inclusive selection process.Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to HBCU and HSI recruitment.Manage a team of campus recruiters and provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.Minimum of 6 years of experience in campus recruitment, specifically focused on HBCUs and HSIs.Proven track record of successfully recruiting diverse talent from HBCUs and/or HSIs.Strong knowledge of campus recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive results.Ability to travel to college campuses frequently, including overnight stays as necessary.Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives and their impact on campus recruitment.Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and encourage candidates from underrepresented backgrounds to apply.
