Looking for someone with extensive employee relations and investigations experience and preferably with a degree in Human Resources or related field. Employees relations/Investigations, Engagement, Attendance, Assisting Leadership Team with Disciplinary Action Process, other Generalist duties as assigned by HR Business Partner. In this opportunity you will be in a fresh and energized culture supporting non-union employees at our Distribution Center in Athens, TX.
The HR Generalist works in partnership with the local HRBP and management team on supporting the HR processes including employee relations, attendance, engagement, and recruiting. This role will support a Distribution Center in Athens, TX - supporting the employee experience is a critical piece of the role.
