The Human Resources Representative assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources office and its functions. This position assists the Talent Acquisition Manager with complex and specialized administrative tasks including reviewing job applications from prospective employees, managing, and overseeing records, and generating reports.

Schedule:
Monday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Tuesday - Friday: 10:30am - 7:00pm
Monthly Saturday Rotation
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Provide administrative support for the effective operation of the HR office; establish and follow office procedures.
- Processes new hires, seasonal employees, and other staff through the onboarding process.
- Prepares new hires for orientation.
- Answer phones, take messages, greet visitors, and assist with inquiries.
- Hire candidates in the applicant tracking system and connect with HR to schedule new hire orientation.
- Track and request referral payments.
- Prepares and issues access badges.
- Handle Team Members inquiries.
- Complete ad-hoc reporting related to requisitions, hires, etc.
- Assist Licensing Specialist with the coordination of the Licensing Process.
- Assist the Human Resources team with special projects or other administrative responsibilities.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Skills to Help You Succeed:
- Associates degree or higher in Human Resources or directly related field.
- Human Resources Certification.
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in a Human Resources or Legal department.
Must-Haves:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least two (2) years of?experience in a professional high-volume office.
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting, pushing and carrying up to 20lbs.
- Infrequent bending/kneeling
- Frequent walking, standing, sitting and typing.
- Use of stairs and elevators
