Job Description:

The Human Resources Scanning Clerk will provide scanning and data entry services to the Human Resources Department. In this role, you will utilize scanning software and equipment to accurately capture data from documents, employee files, contracts and other confidential paperwork. In this role, you will do the following:

  • Scan, index, and organize various types of documents, such as employee files, contracts, and other confidential paperwork.
  • Operate document scanners and other equipment necessary to perform scanning jobs.
  • Review scanned documents for accuracy, completeness, and legibility.
  • Perform quality control checks on scanned documents.
  • Enter data into the document management system.
  • Maintain and update the document management system.
  • Follow standard procedures for handling confidential documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working with computers and various types of document management software.
  • Ability to handle and process confidential information.
