Now Hiring: Human Resources/Scheduling

Responsibilities:

  • Assist department heads in recruitment of new hires and retention of staff.
  • Complete onboarding and facilitate orientation with all new hires.
  • Mediate all labor related issues within the facility.
  • Oversee payroll, Workmans Compensation
  • Create and maintain staff schedules
  • Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals.
  • Maintain communication with HR regarding FMLA, non FMLA leaves, employee resignations, status changes, and other necessary information as it arises.
  • Coordinate employee retention and recruitment process.
  • Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently or part of a group.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with peers.
  • Previous long term care experience is preferred
  • Previous HR/Scheduling experience required
