Ongoing and positive interactions among staff and with faculty, staff, and students contribute to our department's supportive and open culture of inquiry, as well as our commitment to collaboration and professional development.Position SummaryThe Human Resources Service Center – Team Lead is an HR professional experienced in advising departments, hiring managers and employees regarding policies, programs, and procedures while acting as an integral part of the Total Rewards teams (Benefits, Payroll, & HR Service Center).This position provides comprehensive human resource services to the university through ensuring high level HR Service Excellence is provided to all university staff related to benefit programs, payroll practices and work performed by other units in the Division of Human Resources. This position will report to the Benefits Supervisor.This position oversees the HR Service Center Representatives work responsibilities, conducts staff onboarding and training while ensuring service deliverables and accuracy standards are being met for all work performed by the team.This is a crucial role in troubleshooting and managing Human Resources inquiries encompassing a broad array of subject matter to ensure solutions for seamless procedures are met.This position leads a small team of HR Service Center representatives who contribute to key HR functions through the departmental email, incoming calls and employees who walk-in for service.
