If this sounds like you, then you might just be the perfect addition to our Pizza Hut family!ADT Pizza, LLC - DBA Pizza Hut is seeking an energetic, passionate Human Resources Staffing Specialist who possess functional computer skills to service and support our recruiting and staffing needs in the Charlotte, NC region.Duties and Responsibilities:Exerts energy and enthusiasm to source and attract the best of the best to join our teamUtilizes current company software (PeopleMatter) to organize and facilitate potential employee candidatesWorks closely with the Human Resources Business Partner to develop recruiting strategy and processesPartners with Region District Managers to support recruiting efforts of all restaurants in the Charlotte, NC DMASources talent and creates pipelines for future opportunitiesAssists in organizing and facilitating job fairs and interview eventsAssists with the various HR administrative needs pertaining to the recruiting and staffing function, including but not limited to, new hire on-boarding, payroll and benefit support, and other tasks as requestedAll other duties to support the recruiting and staffing needs of the region as assignedTo be successful and the right fit for this role, we expect you to have:Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to switch gears and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAssociate degree in business, human resources or related field preferred and/or 3+ years of corporate recruiting experienceHRIS and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience (PeopleMatter and UltiPro)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsProven creative sourcing and recruiting tacticsStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work under little supervisionProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Independent and self-starterProfessional communicator (oral and written)Must have a positive growth mindsetOperates with integrity and confidentialityIf you have the qualifications above, have the drive and energy to make a difference, and want to help us create an amazing work environment, apply today!Come EAT, LAUGH and SHARE with us!
