The ability to verbally communicate in Spanish is a plus.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Complete extensive data entry accurately in the Company's HRIS system. Complete and provide reports internally to departments. Provide administrative and technical assistance to management. Perform diversified duties in the processing, monitoring and maintaining of employee personnel files. Prepare reports for internal/external distribution. Keep efficient records of all staffing changes made including Background Checks, I-9 Forms, LOA's, FMLA's, etc. A variety of clerical duties as assigned, answering telephones and taking proper messages, opening and distributing mail throughout the day Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS:
