- Responsible for reviewing timecards and documenting changes / corrections.
- Assist and resolve employee questions in regard to company policies and procedures.
- Provide professional and timely customer service to employees of all levels by providing information and responding to questions in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with onboarding activities for all new hires to ensure complete and accurate information is collected and entered into HR systems and to ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
- Provide professional and timely administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and other Heritage HR Teams as needed.
- Ensure employee files are accurate, complete and maintained within specified timeframes for document/record retention purposes.
- Assists with FMLA and other leaves, as well as required reporting - Affirmative Action, Vets Report, EEO, etc.
- Coordinate employee appreciation and informational events.
- Performs all activities with discretion and maintains the confidentiality of all information
- Perform ad hoc requests and assist with special projects and other tasks or initiatives as needed.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent. (required)
