Role : Human Resources Specialist for Organizational Design Location : Piscataway, NJ - Remote w/ 10% travel Duration : 6 months Must have skills : HR Functional Transformation, ServiceNow (or similar), Change Management certification Human Resources Specialist for Organizational Design to be based in US. Ideal Candidate should have at least 15+ years' experience with HR Transformation experience in Organizational Design as the functional SME, as also into Organizational Change Management, this experience could also come from an HR or Management Consulting background. S/he will be responsible for • Supporting the People and Change initiatives for a large technology organisation undergoing an HR Functional Transformation to a HR Case Management. Experience in similar engagement (ServiceNow or similar technology) as the functional leaders or super user or senior partner for the function is desired. • Ability to contribute in organisation redesign/ restructure if required during the course of the project. • Refining, developing and implementing the organizational development framework and body of knowledge • In consultation with relevant field/HQs offices, the HR Functional expert is responsible for the recommending and development of generic office structures including generic roles, responsibilities with benchmarking from similar industry • Job Design and Job Classification (including job design/classification for senior roles) • Creation of role and job descriptions and standards • Support linking organizational design and setup to learning and career paths • Management responsibility for global talent management initiatives (e.g. leadership, succession planning, competency development) • Providing Change Management advice as needed Requirements • An advanced degree/ Masters (or above) in Management, Human Resources, Organisational design, or another related subject. • Applicants with a bachelor's degree in engineering with be preferred. • Professional Change Management certification (i.e. APMG or similar) is an asset. • At least 15 years' relevant experience including experience in HR Transformation especially into Organizational Redesign/Restructuring, and also in Organizational Change Management, this experience could also come from an HR or Management Consulting background with reputed global firms/clients. • Outstanding communication abilities (written and oral), analytical capabilities • Understands, appreciates and accommodates business realities • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. • Development and execution of communication and stakeholder engagement strategies. • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications including Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way. • Native English speaker
