Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
- Conduct new employee orientation sessions and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on benefit options.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with HR policy development and implementation to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
- Bilingual Preferred
