Across the country we partner with hospitals and treatment facilities, K-12 school districts, and families to support mental health wellness.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized HR Specialist to support a wide range of human resources functions across all business lines. The ideal candidate for this role will maintain an uncompromising commitment to operational excellence and execution.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work as part of a driven and dedicated team, while independently and proactively completing tasks. Excellent organization, communication, IT skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential requirements. The nature of this role requires a tactful and confidential approach.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviews and submits weekly payroll in payroll system, Paycom
  • Administers all employee benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement programs, tuition reimbursements, I-9/e-Verify, short term disability claims, workers compensation and life insurance claims
  • Maintains accurate and efficient HR databases with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new hires, changes, and terminations.
  • Processes day-to-day HR inquiries and advises in line with the current policies and procedures
  • Assists with the management of the employee life cycle: onboarding, offboarding
  • Produces informative reports using the HR platforms
  • Ensures HR compliance for key items within the HR department
  • Completes necessary reporting for employment verifications, unemployment and workers compensation, EEO and other HR compliance as required
  • Assists with HR projects company wide as required

Position entails a 40 hour a week commitment, 8:00am-4:30pm- Monday through Friday. This position will be mostly remote, but candidate must be willing to travel to the corporate office in Plymouth up to 1-2 days a week to assist with HR correspondence as needed. Ideally this individual will be interested in growth and helping to build out our HR department.We offer a very generous package of paid time off including vacation time, sick time, and federal holidays. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience required, HR strongly preferred
  • Payroll and benefits experience strongly preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through is a must; performs tasks, even under pressure, with high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
  • Salesforce and Paycom experience a plus
