- Minimum 2 years experience in HR or similar; working towards or completion of an HR qualification is advantageous
- Understanding of the SCHADs and Nurses award, ensuring compliance
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong professional communication and customer service skills
- Developed time-management skills with the ability to multitask to meet competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
