This role is essential to ensuring a seamless employee experience, with a focus on benefits administration, optimizing our HRIS, compliance, employee relations, and managing employment lifecycle processes. Reporting to the Human Resources Leader, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive and compliant workplace aligned with our core values.Key ResponsibilitiesBenefits Administration:* Oversee and communicate all employee benefits, including but not limited to, health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and time off.* Provide education and address inquiries to ensure employees fully understand and utilize their benefits.* Process enrollments, changes, and terminations efficiently and accurately.HRIS Management:* Manage the HRIS system for tracking employee data, generating reports, and improving workflow.* Become an HRIS subject matter expert and identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and processes.Onboarding & Separation Processes:* Facilitate smooth onboarding by preparing and processing new hire paperwork and conducting welcome webinars.* Manage offboarding, including exit documentation and conducting exit interviews.* Ensure timely and accurate updates in the HRIS for all employee status changes.Employee Relations:* Serve as the first line of support for employee questions, leave of absence management, and issue resolution.* Partner with frontline leaders to provide guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.* Support managers in navigating employee concerns and ensuring compliance with company standards.Compliance:* Maintain and audit employee records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.* Assist with regulatory reporting, including ACA compliance and other employment-related filings.* Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate handling of status changes, leave of absences, and employment transitions.Culture & Engagement:* Support initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, inclusivity, and employee engagement.* Participate in planning and executing company events, volunteer activities, and recognition programs.What You Can Expect* Unique Office Culture: A supportive, positive environment that celebrates teamwork.* Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, volunteer time, and employee discounts.* Empowerment: Opportunities to make a meaningful impact every day.* Professional Growth: Develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative workplace.* Community Involvement: Engage in volunteer efforts and give back to the community.Join Us!If you're passionate about optimizing processes and creating a positive, accountable workplace culture, we encourage you to apply.
