As a team, we are committed, inspired, and connected to make a difference in the community.What You Will DoAs a part of the Department of Human Resources, you will develop, implement, and maintain various recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to help promote a collaborative employment relationship. You will work closely with recruiting team members and county hiring managers to support organizational staffing needs.Essential Duties* Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career days, and candidate outreach events. Assist with establishment of community partnerships.* Research, identify, and recommend candidate sourcing tools and talent pipeline development strategies through social media, job boards and career sites.* Generate ideas, then create and design plans for various onboarding, recruitment, and retention initiatives as well as other HR projects.* Help to build county employment culture and engagement through social media communication and other HR projects and events.* Participate in the evaluation, development, and utilization of HRIS system and County career center.* Develop and analyze HRIS tracking/metrics to evaluate success of recruitment, retention, and engagement activities.* Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of position descriptions, competency administration, and career development programs.* Ensure all work is complete and timely to support department goals. Evaluate feedback and procedures to improve efficiency.* Invite collaboration and seek learning opportunities.
