Key Responsibilities:
- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with training and development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the agriculture or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
