We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR professional to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Identify staffing needs and create recruitment plans;
2)Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage the hiring process;
3)Assist with onboarding, including background checks and paperwork completion.
4)Address employee inquiries and grievances to ensure satisfaction and retention;
5)Facilitate effective communication and foster a positive workplace culture;
6)Provide guidance and solutions for resolving personnel issues while ensuring compliance.
7)Support the implementation of performance evaluation systems and track results;
8)Design and organize employee training programs to support career development;
9)Analyze data to improve HR strategies and initiatives.
10)Ensure company policies comply with local, state, and federal labor laws;
11)Handle administrative tasks related to payroll, benefits, and leave management.
Requirement:
1) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
2) 3+ years of HR experience for Specialist positions; Prior experience in a multicultural workplace is a plus.
3) Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws (e.g., FMLA, EEOC, FLSA);
4) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
5) Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Work Type: Full-Time
Work time: Monday-Friday,8:00-17:00,1hour lunch break.
Salary: Negotiable(based on experience and qualifications)
